Our Purpose and MissionThe purpose of our church is summarized in a single sentence, based on 2 key scriptures: "WE BELIEVE A GREAT COMMITMENT TO THE GREAT COMMANDMENT
AND THE GREAT COMMISSION WILL GROW A GREAT CHURCH The Great Commandment: "Jesus said, "Love the Lord your God with all your heart...soul...and mind. This is the first and greatest commandment. And the seond is like it: Love your neighbor as yourself. All the Law and Prophets hang on these two commandments.""
Matthew 22:36-40 The Great Commission: "Jesus said, "Go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you."" Matthew 28:19-20 Our Mission is to be a Family of Faith. We have been called into a living, growing relationship with God through His Son. We will share the good news by word and deed. To be a People of Compassion, we know God's unlimited and unconditional love. We will be instruments of His love to those who are hurting, lonely, and discouraged. To be a Community of Service, we have received God's best, His only Son. We will give our best service to God through the use of the gifts He has placed in us. To be a Body of Worship, we have experienced the glory of our sovereign God. We will glorify God through corporate and individiual worship, seeking to magnify Him in all that we do. TO BE THE BEST BIBLE TEACHING CHURCH IN THE WORLD
