Registration form and fee may be dropped off at the Gym (Bldg. D) anytime between 9:00am - 7:00pm Tues & Thurs, and 9:00am - 4:00pm on Fri. at Church office.

Basketball early registration is $75.00; after Oct. 22, the cost is $95.00
Cheerleading early registration is $80.00; after Oct. 22, the cost is
$100.00
Any registration after Oct. 29, 2009 will cost $110.00. No registration taken after November 20, 2009. Cheerleading mock turtlenecks are optional at a cost of $20.00

Everyone MUST attend one basketball evaluation or cheerleading orientation. They will take place at Eden Westside Gym as followed: Cheerleading Orientation:
K5 - 4th Grade: Monday, October 26, between 6:30pm and7:30pm
5th - 8th Grade: Tuesday, October 27, between 6:30pm and 7:30pm
Basketball: 5 yr old thru 2nd grade Boys/Girls
Monday, October 26, between 6:30pm - 8:00pm Basketball: 3rd - 4th grade Boys/Girls
Tuesday, October 27, between 6:30pm - 8:00pm Basketball: 5th - 8th grade Boys/Girls
Thursday, October 29, between 6:30pm - 8:00pm Practices will start the week of Monday, November 30, 2009
Teams and practice/game schedules will be posted by November 16, 2009 on our website.
First Game: January 9, 2010 Awards Celebration: Tuesday February 20, 2010

Each child signs up as a individual, not as a team. Every child will have: Practice and games once each week Get equal playing time every game Will learn new drills to improve your basketball skills Will receive special recognition awards every game
Every participant must attend an evaluation or cheerleading orientation.
